RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
As a Residential Maintenance Technician, you will be doing highly diversified duties, such as installation, trouble shooting, and repairs. Compensation will be based on experience, however, starting pay will be $17/hr. for experienced technicians.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass a drug test
- Must pass background check
- EPA Certification is preferred, but not required.

PROJECT COORDINATOR
Are you interested in the home construction remodeling process? Are you great at time management? Are you a multi-tasker? Do you have great organization skills?
We are looking for organized, motivated and hardworking individuals capable of balancing several real estate construction renovation projects. Experience and knowledge in the home construction field are required. Ability to use computer programs is a must and being bi-lingual is a plus.
You will walk properties daily and check on the progress of multiple projects; communicate with external resources and track progress of construction and renovation projects; coordinate the schedule of a technician, contractors and sub-contractors to complete projects; work closely with our maintenance and sales teams. You will oversee budgets, purchasing materials, plans, schedules and all phases of each project from beginning to end. The ability to follow instructions and take direction is key.
